Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items for an exchange or full refund less any shipping charges. All returns must be done within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.

All items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, un-opened, not broken, mounted, or tested), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, and additional components. We require the return of all promotional items and/or any free gifts which were included with the purchase.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on returns of opened, and/or used products. We also reserve the right to refuse returns of items received by us in non-sellable condition, used, opened, mounted, or which have been damaged. Additionally, we may also charge additional fees if an item is not returned in its original packaging.

Contact us within 15 days of receipt if a package arrives with the wrong item or the product does not work properly. We will gladly exchange the wrongly shipped or non-working item with a replacement item. If this occurs we will cover all return shipping charges. Upon inspection, if we determine that the item is not defective, is not an incorrect item or that the customer has misused the merchandise, we will not cover the shipping charges and may not offer a refund or replacement.

We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange on any installed or used merchadise, e.g., a riflescope mounted and/or assembled onto a firearm.

Please call us and get instructions before returning an item. Returns made after 15 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns of special orders may not be allowed or may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return items must be in their original new condition (i.e., scopes cannot be mounted) and must include all original manuals and any other products which were packaged with them.

Shipping

While we strive to keep a complete inventory, not all items listed on our website are always in stock. If an item is in stock we will ship it within 3 days of receipt of your order and payment. Items which are not in stock will generally ship within 7 days. If for some reason we can not ship within the 7 days you will be contacted and given a choice of a full refund or you can wait until we are able to ship. Special order items, and custom orders are of course subject to the manufactures availability and timing issues.

Warranty & Repairs

Items requiring repair or warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer. We do not do any repairs at our facility.

Phone Orders

We accept orders over the telephone and fax machine. We can accept Discover, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks and money orders are also acceptable! If you have technical questions, feel free to call us for assistance when planning your order. If you will also be ordering rings and bases please make sure you have your firearm's make, model, caliber and finish desired, (e.g. matte, gloss or silver). (Mountain Standard Time) Mon - Sat.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are devoted to protecting it. We do not share your info with third parties your personal information will remain with in our control. We do not sell lists for mailings or emails. We only access your personal information such as your name, address, email address and phone numbers in order to serve you with the best possible customer service.
