Training Classes

RMSS and Double Tap Shooting Academy offer the NRA Basic Pistol Class.

This is a 10 hour class which is designed for the beginner to imtermediate shooter wanting formal education on proper gun handling. This class will instill in the students the right attitude necessary to own a firearm, teaches the three primarly rules of gun safety, proper gun handling, firearm and ammunition storage, cleaning, and the fundamentals of good marksmanship.

This class is run all day once or twice a month on Sundays, and covers everything from the basics of firearm safety, to shooting in the range, everything is included; manual, guns, ammo, eye/ear protection, range time, etc (we take a break for offsite lunch). Ladies only classes are taught during the evenings, in two sessions, a week apart.

Cost is $125 per person.
